Job Description
We are looking for a Service Supervisor/Technical Sales Representative to join our fire suppression division team to develop new business, as well as maintaining our existing clientele. Main responsibilities of this position will be preparing quotations for fire suppression systems and managing the projects obtained, including scheduling of necessary manpower utilizing a team of service sprinkler fitters.
**Among other things, your responsibilities will be to**:
Meet with clients to identify their fire protection requirements, and attend site meetings and job showings, as required;
Examine tender documents in order to prepare and submit quotations;
Perform follow-up on quotations after submittal;
Manage all aspects of the projects, including manpower, deliverables, project documents, etc.;
Coordinate with other team members to ensure successful completion of the project;
Evaluate any additional costs if necessary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in fire protection, sprinkler system installer certification, or equivalent experience;
3-5 years' experience in the fire protection industry;
Strong customer service skills;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
Team oriented;
Valid driver's license;
Field experience, experience in estimating or project management, and being bilingual (English and French) are all considered strong assets.
