Senior Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the development and execution of competitive procurement processes across the enterprise.
This role is responsible for creating bid and tender documentation—including RFQs, RFPs, RFSOs, and RFIs—while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, guide best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The position also oversees the maintenance of accurate procurement records and prepares reporting for leadership.
Key Focus Areas
- Preparing and managing RFPs and other competitive procurement documents
- Drafting and reviewing service level agreements and contract parameters
- Managing and monitoring the corporate procurement system to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices
How You Will Contribute
- Leading end-to-end strategic procurement activities, including vendor negotiations and bid packages
- Partnering with cross-functional teams and providing training on procurement policies
- Facilitating vendor presentations and coordinating legal, risk, and technical reviews throughout the contract lifecycle
- Managing the contract database and producing compliance reports and dashboards
- Drafting contracts using standard templates and supporting departments through the procurement process
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, competitive bidding, negotiation, contract management, and ethical sourcing
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex procurement activities
