for the
Prince George Service Location
You will lead the daily operations of a Membership based insurance agency and be instrumental in training your team to drive BCAA's sustainable and profitable growth strategy. As a passionate and enthusiastic leader you will help reimagine the member experience in ways that differentiate BCAA products and services.

- You have initiative and drive to see the big picture to help shape BCAA's business and sales growth.
What You Bring
- Degree in Marketing or Business (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- At least four years of sales experience at a supervisory or management level.
- Level 2 insurance license or willing to become licensed
- Solid track record of working in a dynamic and sales culture environment.
- Exceptional coaching and team building skills. Building relationships also comes naturally to you.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with supervising an insurance agency
- Level 3 insurance license or CAIB/CIP certification
During a typical day, you will:
- Lead the operations of a membership-based insurance agency and manage a productive sales team
- Implement strategies that enhance work culture and retention, including employee engagement, recognition and corporate campaigns.
- Meet sales growth targets through effective business planning, acquisition of new business and retention of current clients.
- Ensure risk management practices follow corporate standards through ongoing documentation.
- Participate in community impact events and corporate sponsored charities to build brand awareness.
The salary range for this position is $94,000 to $98,500 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
