Manager, Private Enterprise Core Services

KPMG Private Enterprise is seeking a well-rounded Manager to join our growing team in Prince George. In this role, you will work directly with clients, staff, and partners to deliver non-audit assurance, accounting, and tax services for private clients. You bring strong technical skills, a client-focused mindset, and a passion for helping businesses succeed. 

• Manage and review compilation, review, and tax compliance engagements for private clients
• Apply knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE)
• Ensure timely completion of engagements and communicate deadlines clearly
• Support partners with client billings and receivables
• Exercise sound professional judgment and seek guidance when needed
• Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored advice
• Lead and mentor engagement teams to foster growth and collaboration
• Meet with clients to present results and deliver final reports
• Act as Performance Manager to staff 

• CPA designation with at least 2 years of experience in a management role in public practice
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting and tax for private enterprises
• Experience working with private companies of varying sizes
• Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets
• Effective leadership and mentoring abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service 

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information 

The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $104,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
