Scope:

  • Responsible for supporting and assisting the Manager with data entry and information maintenance required for special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering all orders.
  • Tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met.
  • Making required adjustments/changes to orders.
  • Approving drawings.
  • Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing any order returns and or modifications i.e. addition to the order.
  • Vendor Relations.
  • Customer information sharing.
  • Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries.
  • Customer clarification regarding order or progress.

Education & Training:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Experience:

  • 1- 3 years related experience required.

Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors. The advertised salary range relates to British Columbia and is provided in accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act. We recognize however that salaries are often driven by market forces in the local area where a candidate is based and accordingly the salary range may not apply outside of British Columbia.
