to lead technical training initiatives and provide advanced support within the forklift equipment space. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with training delivery and dealer support, playing a key role in maintaining high standards across the network.

The Role

The
Trainer -
Technical Support
is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for dealers and internal teams, while also supporting complex equipment diagnostics and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess dealer training needs and technical requirements
  • Plan and deliver technical training sessions, both theoretical and hands-on
  • Develop, update, and improve training materials including presentations, guides, documentation, and videos
  • Track and maintain training participation, performance, and follow-up documentation
  • Provide advanced technical support for complex equipment issues, including diagnostics and field support when required
  • Support quality control activities including inspection, testing, validation, and compliance of forklifts
  • Participate in ongoing technical and instructional training to stay current
  • Assist operations during peak periods as needed

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in automotive mechanics, agricultural machinery, electromechanics, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a trainer and/or mechanic in the forklift industry
  • Proven experience delivering technical training
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to groups
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Strong customer focus and professional ethics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable traveling regularly based on business needs
