Responsabilités clés:

  • Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les demandes générales en matière de RH de la part du personnel et des managers

  • Fournir un soutien administratif RH tout au long du cycle de vie des employés dans la ligne de métier assignée
  • Gérer la qualité des données et maintenir les dossiers dans les systèmes liés aux RH et à la paie pour garantir l'exactitude des données
  • Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes et les agences externes et internes, le cas échéant, pour fournir des services P&C

  • Assister à divers projets, programmes, initiatives et autres tâches assignées de P&C
  • Coordonner et faciliter les orientations des nouveaux employés, y compris l'initiation et le suivi des formations obligatoires pour les nouvelles recrues

Compétences et qualifications:

  • Maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français (obligatoire)
  • Une année d'expérience en ressources humaines (préférée)
  • Diplôme/Certificat en administration des affaires ou en gestion des ressources humaines
  • Orientation client avec un grand souci du détail, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et proactivité
  • Maîtrise des applications de la suite MS Office
  • Connaissance générale de la législation du travail (normes d'emploi, code des droits de la personne, etc.)

Position Overview:

This role presents an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to apply theoretical knowledge and develop new skills in a professional services setting. The HR Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service to all staff members. The Coordinator ensures HR Programs are seamlessly administered and provides ongoing general and administrative support to the People & Culture team in a collaborative manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for general HR inquiries from staff and managers
  • Collaborate with P&C Business Partners in interpreting and applying employment legislation and company policies
  • Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee life cycle in the assigned line of business
  • Manage the quality of data and maintain records in P&C and payroll-related systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and agencies as appropriate to deliver P&C services
  • Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
  • Assist with various P&C projects, programs, initiatives, and other assigned duties
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations, including initiating and tracking mandatory training for new hires

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and French is a must
  • 1 year of Human Resources experience is preferred
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Client-focused with great attention to detail, rigour, organization and proactivity
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite applications
  • General working knowledge of employment legislation (employment standards, human rights code, etc.)
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-evolving environment
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
