Role Description

This is a full-time Industrial Electrician role based on-site in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The Industrial Electrician will perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, troubleshoot electrical systems, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of equipment. Responsibilities may also include electrical wiring tasks and addressing issues to minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in electrical wiring and installation techniques
  • Strong skills in maintenance and repair of industrial electrical systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices to ensure system efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of safety standards and protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Journeyman Electrician license or relevant certification is required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
