Role Description

This is a contract remote role for HVAC Technicians, Electricians, and Plumbers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Technicians will respond to service calls, perform routine inspections, ensure systems are functional & compatible, and maintain compliance with EPA regulations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
  • Expertise in Mechanical (HVAC) | Electrical | Plumbing
  • Familiarity with EPA regulations
  • Relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing fields
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Experience with commercial and industrial systems is required
  • Red Seal is a plus
