Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year + performance bonus
Growth-Focused | High Accountability Role
We are a growing service-based company operating across multiple pants, cleaning contracts, and labour-supply sites throughout the Lower Mainland. We are hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to take full ownership of daily operations, scheduling, supervisor accountability, and client communication.
This role is designed to bridge the gap between ownership, supervisors, and clients. You will be the central point of execution and escalation for all operational matters.

- Coordinate staffing requirements for labour-contracting sites (3–8 staff per day) and ensure all sites are properly staffed at all times
- Directly manage and hold accountable 3 supervisors overseeing multiple locations through regular check-ins and performance oversight
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication, addressing service issues, staffing changes, and schedule adjustments
- Proactively resolve operational issues before escalation to ownership
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and reporting standards across all sites
- Conduct site visits, audits, and spot checks to ensure service quality and consistency
- Work closely with the admin team to ensure accurate timesheets, payroll inputs, and attendance tracking
- Ensure supervisors submit required reports and information on time and accurately
Who We're Looking For

Experience managing supervisors and 40+ frontline staff
Strong scheduling, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Willing and able to travel between sites when required
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Cleaning, janitorial, food processing, warehouse, logistics, or labour-supply environments
- Experience managing hourly workforces across multiple locations
- Punjabi, Hindi, and/or Tagalog as a language
Why Join Us
- High-impact role with real authority and ownership
- Schedule flexibility
- Opportunity to build systems and structure, not just maintain them
- Direct access to ownership
- Stable, long-term position in a growing company
- Performance bonuses tied to operational results
Thank you
