Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our product offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, conducting market research, and driving initiatives that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring innovative products to market. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market trends, user behavior, and product lifecycle management. Experience in fintech or technology-driven environments is highly preferred.
Requirements
Market Research & Analysis
- Identify customer needs and market trends through research and data analysis.
- Assess market competition and benchmark company products against competitors.
- Provide insights for product marketing communication objectives.
Product Strategy & Development
- Recommend scope and direction for current and future product lines.
- Analyze proposed product requirements and development programs.
- Prepare ROI analyses and establish timelines with engineering teams.
Go-to-Market & Growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for market share growth.
- Create integrated plans with sales, marketing, and production for product launches.
- Determine pricing strategies using market research and cost analysis.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and reports.
- Respond to management inquiries and provide actionable insights.
Continuous Improvement
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
- Contribute to team success by supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial technology.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple products and prioritize effectively.
- Scrum Master or Agile certification is an asset.
