We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing family. The successful candidate will be a proactive and sales-driven team player who delivers excellent services to our customers. He/She is a core member of our sales team in generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform sales functions as part of the Food Service Team.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and generate new lines of business;
  • Build customer relationships, consult extensively to assess customer's needs, follow-up throughout the sales and service cycles, and deliver high quality results;
  • Conduct prospecting and follow-ups to secure profitable new business opportunities;
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups such as product issues, packaging, shipping and delivery;
  • Able to negotiate and adjust sales price;
  • Develop and maintain sales strategies and current product knowledge;
  • Have problem solving skills to identify and resolve customer's concerns;
  • Develop and implement special skills to reduce stock, such as the ability to promote special products;
  • Prepare sales orders on a daily basis;
  • Manage accounts receivable and collect payments on time;
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary;
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Skills & Requirements

  • High school diploma required, university/college education is preferred;
  • 2+ years of related experiences in sales (food distribution industry is preferred)
  • Valid full G driver's license
  • Traveling is required, access to a reliable car is a must;
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule;
  • Demonstrate initiative & ambition, must be self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and customer servicing skills;
  • Good command of MS Office; experience in inventory management software and social media is a plus;
  • Ability to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
