Job Summary

We're looking for a hands-on individual to assist with the professional installation of window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. This is a dynamic, on-the-go role — no two days are the same You'll visit different homes, work with a variety of products, and help create beautiful, polished spaces that customers are proud to call home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install a variety of custom window treatments with precision and care
  • Read and interpret measurements and work orders accurately
  • Interact with clients in a professional and respectful manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues on-site
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and vehicle
  • Assist with product pickups and occasional warehouse tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Previous installation, construction, or carpentry experience is an asset but not required — we are willing to train the right person

Hours:

  • Part-time hours/week)
  • Flexible hours during weekdays
  • Opportunity for additional hours as workload increases
