Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction:
Robertson is seeking a skilled L&D Designer/Developer IV to join our client in support of an existing
vacancy.
Contract Period:
12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate:
Starting from $45 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight on the design and development of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging common content and learning structures.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional design, offering expertise in various delivery methods such as virtual classrooms, eLearning, webinars, and in-class workshops.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the delivery of effective and innovative learning solutions, providing feedback on the most effective blend of learning activities.
- Maintain best practices in design and stay current with industry trends and performance consulting.
- Creating the content for this transformation project.
- Project meetings, content translated and moving file back and forth.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Quality control experience
- 5 years of learning and development experience
- 5 years of design and development activities experience
- Previous banking experience
- Experience with eLearning tools and standards (e.g. SCORM, AICC, HTML) and experience with industry development software like Captivate, Articulate, Adobe Connect, etc.
- University degree / College Diploma
