Cabinet Assembler/Trimmer

Heffner Cabinetry & Woodworking Inc. is looking for driven and innovative individuals to join our team as a member of our production crew in a busy and high-end Cabinetry Shop.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a hardworking and positive attitude at all times
- Possess an eagerness to learn new skills
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Have the ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to keep work areas clean and organized
- Be able to take direction to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Have prior experience working with basic hand tools
A typical day may include:
- Operating modern woodworking machinery
- Installing cabinet hardware
- Preparing cabinet parts for assembly
- Working within multiple areas of the shop, where needed
- Occasional cabinet deliveries
- Ensuring production requirements are met safely and efficiently while maintaining collaboration with other team members
We are looking for a candidate to start Monday January 5
This is a full-time position offering 44 hours per week, with the potential for some overtime when required.
Total compensation will be based on experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
