**Regular Responsibilities**
- Install custom cabinets including but not limited to boxes, LED lighting, crown, valance, large gables & decorative panels, furniture base, toe kick, decorative handless and custom inserts.
- Must be able to scribe panels & fillers and cope crown with consistency and ease.
- Read design and architectural drawings (plans, elevations, renderings, etc) to complete installation.
- Assist with cabinet loading & delivery.
- Trim or assemble custom cabinets to meet install schedule.
- Install laminate countertops.
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects up to and greater than 50 lbs.
- Work with install team, communicating daily regarding progress, service work, scheduling of appointments, etc.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience with carpentry, building custom cabinetry and/or cabinetry installation.
- Understand building fundamentals with the ability to execute basic construction knowledge.
- Must be flexible in day to day tasks and show a willingness to learn and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Ensure a safe work site is upheld for the safety of all parties involved.
- Have a valid driver G-License and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
- A want to grow and learn to become an expert in your role.
