Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Regina, SK. The Team Lead will be responsible for supporting and motivating team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, overseeing operational tasks, such as inventory and visual merchandising, and maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment. The Team Lead will contribute to maintaining high store standards and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team leadership, staff coaching, and mentorship
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales and retail operations, such as inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead by example
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Passion for sustainability and ethical practices in beauty and skincare retail
  • Previous retail experience is an asset
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
