Retail Associate ( Casual / Part-Time ) – Vancouver Store

Pyrrha is seeking an outgoing and reliable individual to join our team as a Casual / Part-Time Sales Associate at our Vancouver Store for Holiday 2024. Our ideal team member is a self-starter, motivated by a genuine desire to connect with and care for our guests. Reporting to the Manager of Retail at our Vancouver store, the ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, experience in sales and the ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.

This is a seasonal role for Holiday 2025, with the possibility of extension into 2026. The sales associate will work approximately 2 shifts per week - with the opportunity for additional shifts throughout holidays, and for private events hosted in store. Schedule is subject to change seasonally based on business needs, and weekend availability is required.

Sales Associate

  • Build relationships with guests, providing a luxury and personalized sales experience.
  • Work in collaboration with the Vancouver Store Manager to manage the daily operations of the Vancouver Store.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment through merchandising and inventory management.
  • Sharing Pyrrha's brand story and sustainability commitments with our guests.
  • Work in collaboration with Store and Customer Care to respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product and service information.

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 year sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Previous experience with Shopify is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
