You'll love it here We are hiring immediately for a retail associate, which we call a omni advisor at Best Buy. As a retail associate, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers' purchases, returns, trade-ins and more.

No experience required Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we'll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

What you'll do as a retail associate:

  • Help customers find the perfect product or service

  • Process customers' purchases at the checkout

  • Process returns, trade-ins and more at the customer service counter

  • Create an amazing customer experience while answering questions and sharing your enthusiasm for the latest and greatest tech
