Acting as a liaison between our vendors and customers, the Project Coordinator will monitor and follow up on the status of various orders to ensure they are delivered correctly and on time.What you will do:Maintain and manage all project ordersCoordinating customer ordering and delivery of customer ordersFollow-up with vendors on issues related to customer's ordersCommunicate and exchange information with customers, suppliers, contractors, and company sales staff to ensure project is on trackProvide product specification packages to customersAnswer customer inquiriesPrepare quotes for customersCoordinate product deliveries to job sitesSchedule orders based on customer requirementsTake deposit on orders for non-account customersNotify Outside Sales of any issues with ordersCoordinate with manufactures and reps on delivery time and product availabilitySource alternative product, if requiredProcess customer returns with the approval of the Outside Sales representativeAct as a point of contact for billing inquiries for projectsHelp with branch calling queuesAbout you:Post-secondary business degree or diploma or equivalent Proficient with computersExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills, written and verbalDetail-oriented aptitudePlumbing or lighting product knowledge would be considered an assetExperience working with Eclipse an asset Family-owned ROBINSON is a leading Canadian distributor of plumbing, heating, electrical, and lighting products.
