Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Consultant with expertise in ABAP for HANA, SAP BASIS, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP FS-CD. This role requires a combination of strong technical capabilities, hands-on development experience, and solution design expertise to deliver high-quality SAP solutions across various modules and platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Development:
  • Design, develop, and optimize custom SAP applications using ABAP for HANA.
  • Translate functional/business requirements into robust SAP technical solutions.
  • Develop data models using HANA Studio and SAP BW/4HANA tools.
  • SAP BASIS & System Management:
  • Support and manage SAP BASIS activities related to HANA environments.
  • Monitor performance, manage configurations, and ensure system availability.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Design and implement advanced reporting solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and HANA Native Modeling.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance and master data standards.
  • SAP FS-CD Implementation & Support:
  • Configure and support SAP FS-CD for insurance domain processes.
  • Work with business users and technical teams to ensure alignment between system design and business goals.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead or participate in project planning, requirement analysis, stakeholder communication, and delivery management.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance for deployed solutions.

Key Skills Required:

  • SAP ABAP for HANA – Custom development, performance tuning, CDS views.
  • SAP BASIS (HANA) – System setup, configuration, monitoring.
  • SAP BW/4HANA – Data modeling, reporting, ETL.
  • SAP FS-CD – Functional understanding and configuration.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – Reporting and visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, testing, and validation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • SAP Certifications in ABAP for HANA, BW/4HANA, or FS-CD (preferred).
  • Experience in insurance or financial services domain is a plus.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $60.00-$62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
