Join Ohana Care Health Services as a Health Care Aide in . In this vital role, you will support seniors with daily activities, ensuring they receive respectful and personalized care in their homes. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Support clients in daily activities to promote independence.
  • Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure comfort and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
  • Drive to clients' homes safely and reliably.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications * Proven experience as a Health Care Aide or similar role.

  • Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to follow detailed care plans.
  • Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support seniors.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of home care best practices is preferred.
