Trinity Hills 24 Hour Pet Hospital is a privately owned hospital. We are seeking an experienced RVT with a background or interest in emergency medicine to join our amazing team. We are looking to add to our already great group of team-players who have a passion for families and their pets. We receive a variety of caseloads including many surgical and internal medicine specialties that our RVTs get to learn and utilize their skills
We prioritize education and positivity at Trinity, and hope to hire someone who appreciates these values as well. Our hospital comes equipped with a CT machine, digital x-ray, in-house lab machines, endoscopy, a ventilator and much more.
This is a 4 on 4 off daytime/swing rotating position, no nights required

Duties in this position include but are not limited to;
- Provide compassionate care and appropriate handling of animals undergoing treatment and surgery.
- Assist veterinarians throughout the entire surgical process, from pre-operative preparations to post-operative care.
- Accurately prepare and administer medications and vaccines under the guidance and supervision of veterinarians.
- Administer prescribed treatments and therapies as directed by veterinarians, ensuring the well-being of animals.
- Offer clients valuable counsel and guidance on various aspects of animal health care, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Participate in and assist with laboratory research, maintaining a commitment to accuracy and ethical standards.
- Proficiently produce diagnostic radiographs, collect samples, and conduct various laboratory tests, contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of animal ailments.
- Contribute to the effective management of veterinary offices, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
- Deliver nursing care and rehabilitation therapy to animals, helping them recover and regain their health.
- Provide meticulous wound care and expertly apply bandages to promote healing and comfort for animals in need.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00-$36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
