Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team
In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. This is a hands-on, people-focused position that combines patient care with technical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient intake and exams
- Operate diagnostic technology including thermal, EMG, and HRV scans
- Prepare patient imaging and reports
- Support appointment booking, patient check-ins, and billing
- Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all patients
- Maintain organization and flow within the clinic - ensure rooms are correctly set up for specific appointment types
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a fast-paced environment, multitasking
- Previous clinic or health care experience is an asset.
- A supportive and engaging team player
- Eagerness to learn — full and extensive training will be provided
Qualifications
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology an asset
- Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and fellow team members
- Previous experience in patient service or healthcare settings is preferred
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding
This role is best suited to a candidate who is looking to pursue a career in the health field. You will contribute to the health and well-being of our patients while gaining valuable experience in the chiropractic field. A 3 month probationary period will apply. Upon successful completion of the probationary period there will be an opportunity to discuss a wage review and full health benefits.
Note: Saturday morning availability is essential for this role.
