Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and transaction details
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to customers
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable solutions or products
  • Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sales techniques including upselling strategies
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
