As the **Team Lead**, you will set an example by providing superior service to our customers, and by providing guidance to other agents as required. You are team-oriented, diligent, and act as a role model to those around you. **Responsibilities**: - Provide courteous, prompt and professional service to customers over the phone with the goal of resolving customer questions and concerns during the first contact - Work with employees and management in our stores to ensure that customer concerns are addressed in the most efficient manner - Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs - Offer value-added solutions and promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support - Provide guidance and support to other agents as needed - Maintain up to date knowledge of new policies, procedures and products - Process routine clerical transactions in between calls Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset but not a requirement. - Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment required - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required - A passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work in a team oriented environment - Proficient PC and keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Webmail) Why Transglobal: - Flexible “employer-paid” benefits including Health, Dental and Paramedical Services for you and your family - Competitive pay - Paid training - Career progression program - Employee discounts & Personal "Paid" days off - Recognition, incentives, prizes and giveaways Be a part of Canada’s largest home furnishings retailer We welcome all abilities to apply.
