Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling guidelines.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while checking on guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Process payments accurately through cashiering duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in food service or as a server is a must.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for this position.
