**CORE RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Welcome our customers to the Tasting Room; engage in friendly conversations and building relationships with new and re-occuring customers.
- Provide detailed knowledge and recommendations on our hand-crafted beer and food menu.
- Take orders and submit to Campfire Kitchen team.
- Bring food out to customers in a timely manner and ensure orders are correct.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary environment at OYB
- Stock / maintain beer fridge and merchandise.
