This is a commission-based, independent contractor opportunity for Realtors who want access to proven lead-generation tools, marketing support, team training, and accountability — without being tied to traditional employment.

What You'll Do

  • Work with buyers and sellers throughout their real estate journey
  • Conduct property showings, market research, and client consultations
  • Market and promote listings using team-provided tools and strategies
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve successful outcomes
  • Maintain knowledge of local markets, neighborhoods, and trends
  • Build and manage your own client book with team support
  • Participate in team training, events, and optional coaching sessions

Compensation

  • Commission-based only
  • Independent contractor role
  • Your earnings depend on your transactions and efforts

(No set shifts — you control your time.)

Work Location

In person, throughout Sarnia-Lambton and surrounding areas.
