About the Role

We are actively seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial, industrial, and multi-residential construction projects. This individual will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing complex projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with atrack record managing high-value, multi-disciplinary construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout of commercial, industrial, and multi-residential construction projects.
  • Prepare project billings, ensure subcontractor billing is prepared in a timely manner
  • Manage contract administration, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGNB.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects valued at $10M+
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $99,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
