About Us:

Cascade Aqua-Tech Ltd. is a leading supplier for the construction industry. With branches across Western Canada, we're known for great service, quality products, and a supportive team environment. We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative position in our Victoria Branch.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service at our order desk (walk-in, phone, email & text)
  • Work closely with our Sales team to help customers find the right products.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely service.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach with every customer.

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of customer service or order desk experience (construction supply experience is an asset).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
  • Team-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
