The Role

We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist
to help build and scale our high-performance team. You'll be our
connector, recruiter, and culture builder
—spotting exceptional talent and helping shape a company on the rise.

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    end-to-end recruiting
    for 20+ tech, product, and business roles
  • Build a
    strong talent pipeline
    and partner with leadership to find the right fit
  • Source creatively—LinkedIn, referrals, universities, incubators, events
  • Represent SGA at
    career fairs and industry meetups
  • Support onboarding, engagement, and core HR processes
  • Strengthen our
    culture of innovation and collaboration

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in
    recruiting or HR
    , ideally in tech or startups
  • Strong
    network across Canada's tech ecosystem
  • Experience hiring
    AI specialists, engineers, or developers
  • Proven success filling multiple roles quickly and effectively
  • Organized, proactive, and people-driven—
    you make things happen
  • Familiar with
    AI-powered recruiting tools

Compensation

  • $70,000 – $120,000 / year
    , based on experience
  • Senior-level roles may evolve into leadership positions as we scale
  • After 12+ months of full-time employment, employee performance and long-term contributions will be evaluated. At the discretion of the
    Board of Directors
    , SGA may grant
    stock options or equity incentives
    to high-performing full-time employees.
