We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and demonstrate exceptional people skills. As a Associate Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and strategic planning. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing expert guidance on investment opportunities, retirement planning, life insurance, wealth management and group retirement and benefit plans.

Duties

  • Assess clients' financial situations by gathering relevant information and conducting thorough analysis.
  • Develop tailored financial plans that align with clients' goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding their investments, savings, and financial strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and changes in financial regulations to offer the best advice.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their evolving financial objectives.
  • Educate clients on various financial products and services available to them.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent research skills to stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software or tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus but not mandatory.
