Role Description

We are seeking an entry level Service Technician for a full-time, on-site role at our Brampton, ON location. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment. The role involves conducting field service visits, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues, maintain service records, and adhere to safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues
  • Field Service operations, including on-site equipment servicing an asset
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining service records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Previous experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, OEM, or General Industries is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
