Quality Assurance Assistant – Lerus Training
Location:
Flexible (can be remote or based in a country with an existing Lerus Training Centre)
Lerus Training is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Quality Assurance Assistant
to support the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining and improving our global quality systems.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with training centres around the world, participate in quality audits, and travel internationally to support on-site reviews and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing quality documentation.
- Support internal audits and compliance activities across Lerus Training centres.
- Maintain document control and record-keeping systems.
- Communicate with training centre staff to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Participate in planned international visits and on-site quality inspections.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Good written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the job.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Experience in administrative, compliance, or audit-related roles.
- Familiarity with ISO or Quality Management Systems.
Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
