Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Account Representative to support our team during the upcoming tax season. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with both Canadian and U.S. income tax returns.

Responsibilities

· Meet with clients to gather required information and discuss tax-related matters

· Obtain and organize account opening documents and supporting materials

· Assist in the preparation of Canadian and U.S. individual income tax returns

· Maintain accurate client files and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding information

· Provide excellent customer service and represent the firm professionally

This position offers an engaging opportunity for professionals passionate about Canadian Income Tax, US Income Tax and client service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a solid understanding of Canadian and US Income Tax, and the ability to maintain and build strong relationships with clients.

Renumeration is Commensurate with Experience.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 48 per week
