We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across various industries. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and familiarity with technology sales and B2B environments is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new client opportunities within assigned territories or markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management strategies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives
- Conduct business development efforts by researching market trends and identifying potential areas for expansion
- Present product or service solutions tailored to client requirements, emphasizing value propositions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to the sales portfolio
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent business development capabilities with strategic thinking and analysis skills
- Proficiency in account management techniques to foster long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Technical knowledge relevant to the products or services being sold is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for engaging with diverse markets and expanding customer base
