Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the efficient progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the construction industry. Prior experience in construction-related work is a must

This is a team lead job experience Is very important wiling to pay large and give a company vehicle to the right person that can be a project manager worker and look for the Reno master minds out there

Duties

  • Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades with their tasks as needed
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
  • Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and related activities
  • Help with installation of cabinets, flooring, tile laying, and other finishing tasks
  • Support heavy equipment operation and maintenance when trained
  • Follow schematics and blueprints to assist with project layout and assembly
  • Perform demolition or restoration work as required
  • Aid in plumbing, electrical, masonry, welding, caulking, and painting tasks based on skill level

Skills

  • Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction
  • Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and masonry techniques
  • Experience or familiarity with carpentry, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, or electrical work is advantageous
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely (training provided)
  • Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working on-site for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Willingness to learn new skills such as construction estimating or restoration techniques
