Must be "local." This role is 2 days a week in our Guelph office, 3 days a week at home.

Responsibilities

· Find commercial and personal solutions for clients

· Embrace the digital progression of the business

· Use technology and all the latest tools to make the sales process easy for our customers

· New business quoting

· Lead generation

· Meet and exceed sales targets

· Working as a team with your CSBs

Requirements

· RIBO license is required or the ability to convert OTL to RIBO

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal/Commercial Insurance

· Proven sales track record, competitive and goal oriented

· Technological competence

· Knowledge and previous experience working with SIG and Sales Force would be an asset

· Professional, organized, and client focused
