A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.

Our branch located in Vars is looking for a heavy equipment technician (workshop).

Salary: 25$ to 40$/hour

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose and repair customers' equipment or machinery;
  • Perform maintenance work on new and used equipment for sale, resale or demonstrations;
  • Use computer diagnostic equipment;
  • Fill out order forms;
  • Submit service reports;
  • Maintaining service vehicles, inventories, tools and equipment in good condition;
  • Participating in maintenance training;
  • Complying with health and safety regulations and policies.

Profile

  • Diploma of vocational studies in construction machinery mechanics, heavy vehicle mechanics or any other related training;
  • Experience (5 years) as a technician in a similar position;
  • Skills in mechanics/hydraulics/electrics;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written, to deal with French and English speaking customers.
