We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mobile Custodial Supervisor to play a key leadership role within our team. This position offers the opportunity to oversee multiple sites, support staff development, and ensure service standards are consistently met across locations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Oversee the quality of janitorial work being done on each assigned site

· Conduct safety and cleaning inspections monthly with follow up and corrective action plans

· Communicate expectations with staff regarding company policies and cleaning services

· Provide cleaning staff with the tools and knowledge to complete job

· Handle any customer emergencies and complaints properly in a timely manner

· Provide upper management with information and recommendations concerning worksites

· Plan an efficient route based on worksite locations and other requirements

· Drive in a safe and defensive manner at all times, avoid careless errors at all costs

· Present yourself positively and professionally towards clients and employees

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

· Provide current valid driver's license and drivers abstract

· Provide a criminal record check

· Working knowledge of city and rural areas

· Strong organizational, communicational and leadership skills

· High level attention to detail and willingness to learn

· Previous experience in the commercial cleaning industry required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
