Overview

Job Skills / Requirements

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing after-hours scheduling operations and ensuring quality control in the field, 24 hours a day. This will be achieved by acting as a single point of contact for officers, coaching and supporting field staff, leading incident management and investigations, prioritizing response and resource allocation, liaising with internal stakeholders, and engaging with clients as needed.

Job Duties Include, but Are Not Limited To:

Manage after-hours short-notice book-offs using WINTEAM, remaining on standby until a replacement is confirmed and on site. The same process applies to all urgent coverage requests.Visit all special contract sites at start-up to establish post orders and train officers on reporting software.Oversee support and service delivery functions at static sites and within mobile operations.Assist the mobile team with ad-hoc patrols when required.Monitor and respond to alarm calls in a timely and efficient manner.Ensure successful completion of priority operational tasks as requested by the Client Service team, and communicate outcomes and feedback.Attend and support all escalated incidents and investigations, including operational occurrences, workplace injuries, and officer conduct matters.Conduct proactive quality assurance visits across all Paladin sites to ensure staff are properly trained and deliver services to the highest standard.Complete Security Program Audits of site equipment, documentation, staff training, and compliance in coordination with the Client Service team.Handle escalated staffing issues, disciplinary matters, interpersonal concerns, employee recognition, and accolades.Perform other duties as required to support Paladin's operational needs.

Certification Requirements (All)

Standard First Aid, CPR Level C

Valid Driver's License

Minimum of 2 Years Security Experience

Minimum 1 year of Security Supervisory Experience

Valid Manitoba Security License
