Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender/Mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, combined with excellent customer service skills, will contribute to a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing the POS system for processing orders and payments.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

Experience

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of mixology techniques and beverage preparation.
  • Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service efficiently.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification in food handling is a plus.
