Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cocktail recipes, a flair for creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a mixologist, you will craft unique beverages, maintain bar inventory, and ensure a welcoming and exceptional atmosphere for guests.

Hiring 5-6 Fulltime Mixologist Positions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Create and serve a wide range of speciality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
  • Following Recipes: Create speciality curated drinks with amazing ingredients according to the recipe guide and guest preference.
  • Preparing Ingredients: Prepping all necessary ingredients needed for specially cocktails and other beverages.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional and personal service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their beverage selections.
  • Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Training: Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders and bar staff on mixology techniques and best practices.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute beverage service for special events and promotions.
  • Sales Promotion: Upsell specialty cocktails and other beverages to enhance guest experiences and boost sales.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume establishment.
  • Able to obtain RAIC security clearance.
  • Have a valid Pro Serve
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
