**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their tastes.
- Manage inventory of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food and beverage offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and mixology techniques to enhance the guest experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
