Your role, your impact
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind delivering complex business application and project management solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem (Project Operations, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and PPM tools). Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll not only ensure client success but also elevate our practice by shaping delivery strategies, refining playbooks, and mentoring future leaders.

We help organizations achieve measurable outcomes through end-to-end capabilities across ERP, CRM, Azure Cloud, Data & AI, Power Platform, Copilot, and Modern Workplace. In joining our team, your leadership will shape delivery excellence and strengthen client partnerships, driving success for both our clients and our team.

Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects using Alithya's framework and Microsoft Success by Design principles;
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring high-value outcomes;
  • Facilitate strategic workshops with business and technical stakeholders to align vision and validate solutions;
  • Build strong client relationships, providing guidance on governance, risk management, and change adoption;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, removing blockers and enabling peak performance;
  • Manage project financials, including burn rate, forecasting, change requests, and milestone completion, with precision and transparency;
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing within the delivery practice.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a technical degree or diploma;
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in consulting or enterprise delivery;
  • Experience working with a PMO environment and/or change management experience, including managing budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations;
  • Expertise in PPM, ERP, or CRM implementations;
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments;
  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches;
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive and technical audiences.

Extra edge

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification;
  • MBA or advanced business degree;
  • Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

Language Skills

  • French: Proficient
  • English: Proficient

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with clients outside of Quebec.
