Our marketing agency client is looking for a
Business Development Executive
to join their team, on a fulltime basis. This will be hybrid remote, with 2x Thursdays per month, in downtown Toronto.
You will spend your time uncovering new account opportunities, generating leads, meeting clients, strategizing, collaborating internally, managing the sales pipeline, and analyzing market data to drive revenue and strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research market trends, uncover new leads, and find potential partners or clients.
- Identify, research, and contact potential clients via networking, cold calling, and inbound leads.
- Network, engage with clients (from buyers to executives), and nurture existing accounts..
- Develop business plans, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and present solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs.
- Track progress, forecast sales, and report on business development activities.
- Maintain CRM records.
What is needed:
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing or Advertising agency environment.
- Experience with paid media, content strategy, and performance analytics.
- A strong interest in health and wellness
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and project management platforms (Asana, Productive, etc.)
