Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Sales Representative role based in Delta or Chilliwack, BC, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves engaging with customers to provide tailored solutions, managing technical sales processes, and supporting clients through training and communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, delivering product demonstrations, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and offering consultative expertise to advance sustainable farming solutions.
Qualifications
- Technical Sales and Sales skills to effectively generate leads, close deals, and educate clients on product offerings.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional client support and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to deliver Training sessions to help clients understand and optimize the use of our sustainable products.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
- Interest or background in agriculture, soil health, or sustainability is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
