Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will respond to all shipment requests from our customer, provide work sheet to the warehouse , communicate with our carrier and provide shipping documents . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to analyze customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to shipping request from customers , email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with documents request for expedition
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Utilize analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, expedition role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and French are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- good communication with warehouse team
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
