Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven, organized, and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us scale outbound sales and partnerships.You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying restaurant operators and multi-location groups, and booking high-quality demos for our sales leadership.This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to founders, partners, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales
- Reach out to estaurant operators, franchises, and hospitality groups
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS)
- Build and manage outbound sequences in CRM and sales tools
- Research accounts and personalize outreach at scale
Pipeline & Qualification:
- Book demos and meetings and close prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene
- Track performance metrics (meetings booked, conversion rates, response rates)
Qualifications Required:
- 1+ years experience in SDR/BDR, sales, or customer acquisition (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and emails
- Highly organized and metrics-driven
- Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated
Preferred:
- Experience selling to restaurants, retail, or SMBs
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
- Experience with vertical SaaS, fintech, or hospitality tech
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):
- Consistently book qualified demos per month and close 4-6 monthly
- Build a reliable outbound engine in assigned territories
- Develop strong relationships with target restaurant groups
- Contribute to improved messaging and campaign performance
- Become a trusted frontline representative of AskArthur
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary + uncapped commission
